Converse ♥ Marimekko

Converse collaborates with Finnish design house Marimekko, to debut a new collection that will look just awesome this spring 2011.

The collection combines Converse’s most popular silhouettes with Marmimekko’s signature prints and their bold and vibrant style.

The Chuck Taylor All Star gets a splash of color with three Marimekko prints:

Kirppu, from 1980.

Tarha, from 1963

And Pikkusuomo, in black and white.

The Jack Purcell Helen gets dressed in a red Kirppu print.

The Chuck Taylor All Star PJ – the new silhouette for spring 2011 – makes its debut in the Marimekko prints.

The Convese Marimekko Collection will be available at premium retail outlets.
